And it does run on like the cool tone side, which I think is why I love to pair it with Almond and Fig. And it just kind of brightens things a little bit. "Pillow Talk Fair looks a little more pink, slightly more saturated. You can see a little bit more brown in Pillow Talk. Fair feels a little too light and too pink for me, but very pretty when I shear it out. It's nice. I like it better than I thought. The satin cream, it's not bad. I like it. I feel like I just want to wear it with a lip liner, but no, it's not bad. It's actually pretty. I feel like it would be because of the pink, it feels like it would be a little bit better for like a slightly more cool-toned fair. Regular old Pillow Talk, the matte has just like a square applicator. I don't really know why. I don't know which one I like better. I think I like the regular one better, but I don't know. And since buying this, this has been what I've been using the most recently."

To me still a lot, but if I'm thinking about buying a new lipstick, $19.50 is a lot better to pay than almost $40. With taxes, probably close to $44 or $45. And a lot of them have either no flavor or like a light vanilla flavor. And they've got a lot of different shades. They've got nudes, blushes, reds, deep reds, all that fun stuff. "I grabbed the Charlotte Tilbury lipstick balm hybrid in Pillow Talk, but I should have looked more carefully at the colors because I thought Pillow Talk was a nude but it's more of a raspberry color. Aside from that not being the color I wanted, when I went to apply this like a regular lipstick, oh my gosh it's so loose and not formed that it just smears all over the place and you end up with big chunks of color unevenly blended on your lips. When I complained to my friend about it, she told me you can't put it on like that—you have to basically tap it onto your lip. Maybe I'll try it that way, but in the meantime I haven't tried it because it's just not how I love to put on lipstick. If you don't like things that are super greasy and you can't just smear it right on your lips and have it come out right, then these are definitely not going to be for you, and I'm not sure it's for me either."
