"I do see what you're all saying, where it's kind of like, it gets pushed out and pushed out and pushed out, and the products aren't actually that great for the quality. I even bought one of their eyeshadow palettes. I think it was like a David Bowie one, and it was just limited edition. And I was just like, this isn't it. Why is this so expensive for this mediocre makeup?"

"I find that this happens a lot with the Charlotte Tilbury palettes and a lot of baked formulas. This happens with baked formulas, and it also happens with products that are very hardly pressed into the pan. When a product is darker on top, that's because of moisture. When you see a powder with darkening on top that's hard and you can't get any color from it, the product has taken on moisture, oils, or hydration, and it's essentially getting wet and hardening."

"Given this being a slightly more cool-toned neutral palette, I do think it's relatively nice for my skin tone, so I might mess around with this. The purples are also, like, maybe not that well... I just don't know. Am I supposed to get excited about this? I'm not really excited about it."
