"This is a very nice gentle way to exfoliate the skin without stripping it unnecessarily because it has gluconolactone, a polyhydroxy acid that's gentler than alpha hydroxy acids. It helps with skin cell turnover and gentle exfoliation without causing burning or stinging, actually improves the moisture barrier, and has niacinamide. I've been using it for several weeks and I think it's good for acne prone sensitive skin, rosacea, and people looking to improve skin radiance through cleansing. You can also use it in the morning if you're using a vitamin C serum since the hydroxy acid can help the vitamin C penetrate better."
