"This is a very nice gentle way to exfoliate the skin without stripping it unnecessarily because it has gluconolactone, a polyhydroxy acid that's gentler than alpha hydroxy acids. It helps with skin cell turnover and gentle exfoliation without causing burning or stinging, actually improves the moisture barrier, and has niacinamide.
