"You can put antiperspirant to the bottoms of your feet and the palms of your hands and that can work quite well for hyperhydrosis in those areas, especially the Certain Dri one. It's a roll-on. You get real nice contact and it is fast dry. They also make antiperspirant lotions which I've personally used and found to be very effective and it really works quite well on hands and feet or forehead if you wanted to. Now aluminum salts on the face can be very irritating so I will caution with that."

"I have been using Certain Dri anti-perspirant and I really like this. It's a roll-on formula, fragrance-free. The best time to put them on is at night before you go to bed, not in the morning, that way they have the best chance of working for you to reduce sweat. If you use them regularly for a few nights in a row, after about a week or so you actually don't need to use antiperspirant daily anymore because you have residual effect of the ingredient down in the sweat gland reducing sweat output. For me personally I only end up using my anti-perspirant two, maybe three times a week at most because there's no need to continue reapplying. It works down in the sweat gland, so it's already down in there. You use it consistently and then see if you can back off once you get reduction in sweat to a point that you're looking for. It's the reduction in sweat that you're looking for so as to ultimately reduce body odor, because it's a breakdown of the sweat that leads to body odor."
