"I really like this, I find it to be a very versatile product in that it can help a variety of skin issues, namely in the realm of anti-aging. It has glycolic acid and lactic acid, both alpha hydroxy acids that gently exfoliate, and it also has ceramides and licorice root extract, which is helpful for redness and hyperpigmentation. It's formulated to be very gentle, meant to be used nightly if tolerated, but make sure you avoid getting it around your eyes and the corners of your mouth, it can be too irritating in those areas."

It also has licorice root extract, which is anti-inflammatory and helps with the redness that comes with KP. You only need a very thin film of it, and since it's an alpha hydroxy acid product it can sting, so I suggest doing a patch test first and introducing it slowly, starting once a week and working up to daily as tolerated. Because it has alpha hydroxy acids it will make your skin more sensitive to the sun, so you need to wear sunscreen with it."

"I really like this. I feel like it's very hydrating, it feels very comfortable on the skin. I don't experience anything out of the ordinary, no irritation, no nothing. It pairs up nicely with other hydrating serums. It does have a little bit of a milky consistency, like a little bit thicker than a water-based serum, but you don't have to pair anything with this. You could just cleanse your skin and put this on and that's it, or you could put a moisturizer on top of this, which I would suggest just to keep your skin well moisturized, especially if you're new to the product. I love a good drugstore moment and this really is lovely."

"For very gentle exfoliation I really love these peel rinses, so like the CeraVe peel cream. It's like a cleanser type but it's got cellulose fibers in it and it really does a nice job physically exfoliating without being harsh or having like a sandy feeling or clay feeling in it. It's really nice and gentle. At first I really didn't like those because I'm like all it is is cellulose, it's like, but people think it's coming off their skin but it's just the ingredients and the product, but after using it now off and on for a long time it feels nice. It feels very nice on skin in terms of the ease of use. The main issue with this one is it will take some practice to get used to applying it and making sure you're applying liberally enough. If you're looking for something to reapply during the day I don't like this one as one to reapply. I find the thickness ends up getting pilling if you're trying to apply a second layer or if you're trying to apply it over makeup during the day, it gets to be a bit much."
