Eye Repair Cream.

"CeraVe Eye Repair Cream sits on a completely opposite end of the texture spectrum from Cetaphil. It is your traditional cream consistency. It's rich, cushioning, slower to absorb. When you apply it to the under eye area, it feels noticeably softer and more padded afterward, which is something thinner gel formulas just can't replicate. For people dealing with real dryness or fine lines in that area, that tactile difference can make a big difference. The formula brings CeraVe's core approach to the eye area with ceramides for barrier repair. You have niacinamide for tone and resilience, and you have hyaluronic acid for the deep hydration. The marine and botanical complex adds some additional restorative support. Those ceramides and niacinamide combination is really the engine of this product. Because of this richer texture, this works a little bit better as your nighttime option. It's going to have more time to fully absorb overnight, so it's not going to interfere with your morning makeup application and layering. For very dry under eyes, crepey texture, or anyone who finds that gel eye creams disappear too quickly, this is going to be the more nourishing choice. The key ingredients here are ceramides, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, marine and botanical complex."

"I think this is a great simple eye cream. I've always introduced it on my channel as like a good starter or introductory eye cream to make sure that you're properly nourishing and hydrating your under eye area while preventing damage from occurring down the road. And this eye cream was great when I didn't really struggle with dark circles. But once my dark circles started getting more severe, this one just didn't really do anything anymore. It doesn't necessarily claim to be an eye cream that's going to wipe away your dark circles. It's more focused on moisture, nourishment, and has some great ingredients, but overall, it just leaves a lot to the imagination when it comes to actually brightening any hyperpigmentation or darkness on the under eye area. But it is a good starter eye cream and I still recommend it. It keeps you moisturized, but that's about it."

"It doesn't have any tyrosine inhibitors in this for dark circles, and it also has no collagen stimulators for fine lines. I'm only giving it three out of ten because it's got ceramides in it, because it's got niacinamide in it, and because it's fragrance-safe, meaning it's got no alcohol, no fragrance, and no essential oils, so it's not going to make the skin worse around the eye areas. But it's really going to do nothing for your dark circles or your fine lines. I just don't like it when brands make claims but don't put the ingredients in to back up those claims."

"This one is by CeraVe, called the CeraVe Eye Repair Cream. This is another great drugstore brand that retails for 15 dollars, and I've been using this for years. I always take this with me on the plane because it's small and portable. It has ceramides in it, and I find it creamy and hydrating. I really focus on my eyes because that's where I'm starting to get crepiness, that crepey texture where it's lost all of its elasticity. I found that if I plump it up with this, it makes it look smoother and just makes it look more hydrated. So for me, this is a must, and for the price, for 15 bucks, it's a no-brainer."
