It's a fragrance-free toner with more of a milky consistency, but it has ceramides which are lipids naturally found in skin's outermost layer. "Celamax is a great brand. Their entire focus is on barrier support for sensitive and complicated skin, so a lot of their formulas are very much geared towards helping problematic, acne-prone skin. The texture is beautifully milky and it has this bounciness to it that just makes my skin so happy. I find this has the lightness, but it's actually really quite moisturizing. It's more substantial than just your average hydrating toner; it does more. This has five different types of ceramides as well as phytoestazine and cholesterol, making that beautiful trifecta for barrier support and preventing transepidermal water loss. You really do feel like this holds everything in, but it's so soothing, so comforting, and it is intensely hydrating without being greasy. It's super gentle and there's no scent whatsoever."
