"This is a sunscreen that you actually want to apply every single day because it doesn't feel stuffy or greasy or chalky on your face. [...] It's their Isle Glow Face Lotion SPF 45, [...] a tinted chemical sunscreen. The whole idea behind it is it gives your face that nice, glowy, illuminated primer finish so you can wear it by itself and have a good glow or it's a nice primer for makeup. [...] The glow comes from effect pigment or interference pigment, which basically just helps to bounce off the light and give that pearlescent effect. The main active behind it is they use a lot of algae derived ingredients which really help to hydrate the skin and give some extra protection. "Even when I shake this for a full 60 seconds, it still separates into a groddy chunky mess. It's disgusting all the way through. It looks like dijon mustard was eaten by a seagull and shot out on your car windshield. When I apply the recommended amount for proper sun protection, it leaves me looking like a bronzed statue with a yellow hue, it emphasizes my pores and texture, it's so streaky, and it pills regardless of what I wear it with. I cannot believe this product has nearly 5 stars when the actual reviews show people saying it separates on skin, pills, makes them look greasy, looks muddy and clumpy in indoor lighting, and feels like it could crease and crack. I would rather put out a campfire with my face than wear this again."

"The Eyle Glow Face Lotion SPF 45 is a silicone-free daylow boosting sunscreen with a nude pearl blend that applies quickly and seamlessly on all skin tones without leaving a white cast or a silver cast. It has vitamins, antioxidants like niacinamide, and sea moss. This is an organic silicone chemical sunscreen, so I would be a little bit nervous about this burning my eyes or any open blemishes, but I also recognize that this isn't necessarily made for acne prone skin. The most interesting ingredients include apple, watermelon, and lentil antioxidants. It has niacinamide but it also has ferulic acid. Whoever created this literally knows what the hell they're doing, like this is a great ingredient list. This is hard to work with because niacinamide tends to kind of ball up. I want to see how this goes on the skin. I am so excited but we do have some of those oils like bergamot and Balsam of Peru that I want to make sure would be safe for sensitive skin."

"I was so excited for this based on the ingredient list, which looked great, but the formulation is a disaster. It comes out like a mousse or foundation, it separates on my skin like oil and pigment don't mix properly, it turns my skin orange, it doesn't blend in well, it's extremely greasy, and it peels in these chunky, horrible ways. It stings and burns my eyes so badly I can barely see. The color doesn't work on different skin tones at all, and even when I use the tiniest amount, it's streaky, separated, and looks like a bad fake tanner. It's pilling up constantly, it's not absorbing into my skin, and it feels disgusting like applying dollar store foundation. This is absolutely one of the most painful sunscreens to wear from both an aesthetic and physical pain perspective."
