"I like incorporating resveratrol in a nighttime skincare routine, but it's one of those things that I would not seek out a specific resveratrol serum, but if I have a serum that's also hydrating or plumping my skin, I would love if I could sneak a little resveratrol into it. For example, the Caudalie Resveratrol Lift. It's one of my favorite serums for anti-aging that does not have retinol in it. I recommend it all the time to my patients who are pregnant or trying to conceive or maybe just want something to boost the efficacy of the retinoid that they're already using."

It's a lightweight cream but actually much lighter in texture compared to the Peter Thomas Roth vitamin C that I just used. It is pretty heavily fragranced and that's the one thing I have to say about Caudalie products."

"It's a really elegant light cream that's really fast absorbing. It is heavily fragrant, I have to say that is one thing that I do not like about this product. Otherwise it's very elegant, fast absorbing, and a hydrating texture that contains resveratrol along with collagen-derived peptides and protein as well as olive oil, offering skin softening and hydration benefits. This would be a really good product to use in addition to your vitamin C serum if you choose, or to use alone if you choose, especially if you're looking for like a vitamin C alternative. You're really getting the benefits of the resveratrol, not only the antioxidant benefits but also helping with uneven skin texture and skin tone."

"Resveratrol Lift Cream, this is good. Caudalie is known for their use of grapes and things. I would say this is good but I don't know if it's hardworking enough for you. I could see something maybe a little bit more hydrating. Resveratrol is fantastic, it's what's found in red wine, it's found in grapes and it's a good antioxidant, but this is also an antioxidant so we're kind of doubling up."
