What the gurus are saying

Gurus appreciate the lightweight texture and resveratrol's antioxidant properties, but have reservations about performance. The recurring concern is that it may not hydrate sufficiently for those seeking a hardworking moisturizer, and the heavy fragrance is a notable drawback. Price is also flagged as a consideration relative to results.

"One I want to share with you guys that I recently found in my skincare stash is from Caudalie and their Resveratrol Lift line. It's a lightweight cream but actually much lighter in texture compared to other products I've used. It is pretty heavily fragranced, and that's the one thing I have to say about Caudalie products."

"Caudalie is known for their use of grapes and things. I would say this is good but I don't know if it's hardworking enough for you. I could see something maybe a little bit more hydrating. Resveratrol is fantastic, it's what's found in red wine, it's found in grapes, and it's a good antioxidant, but this is also an antioxidant so we're kind of doubling up. It can be a little bit pricey, so if you love it and if it's working for you, continue using it. It's a great choice."
