Come Hell or High Water Mascara.

"This is actually a tubing mascara from Cali Ray. This was a staple for me the last couple of months. Anytime that I know I'm going to be crying this is what I like to wear. I do a light layer or you can build it up but it's something that just really does not budge. It's so nice. I absolutely love this."

"I've been recommending the Cali Ray Come Hell or High Water Mascara for I feel like three, four years now and I love this mascara, it's still my favorite. It's a very wet mascara formula because it's a tubing mascara, so it basically wraps each eyelash in a tube of mascara, but I love that about it because it doesn't smudge, it doesn't chip, it doesn't come off till you take it off, but then removing it is very easy. What I noticed is that previously when I would pull the wand out there would be a little resistance and there was I think maybe a little gasket inside that would help to squeegee off a lot of the product from the wand. Now when it comes out it's just so coated with so much mascara I end up wiping it back on the package because I don't want to waste it all, but it's just so much and it's always like globbed on the end and it's making a big mess and I try to put it on and it's like too much goes on at once. I don't know if it's just this one that I bought, maybe the gasket isn't working or if they changed the packaging, but this is the most recent one that I got."

"This is my current Holy Grail mascara I absolutely love this, I just love it so much. It's a tubing mascara but it removes really really easily with my double cleanse routine and it doesn't leave little black specks all over my face. It seems to dissolve a lot better than most tubing mascaras do. I love how it goes on, I love how it makes my lashes look. It makes them hold a curl, it makes them look twice as long, twice as much volume, and it does it with one coat. So if you want really mega lashes you put on two coats and you've got enormous looking lashes. But I love that I don't have to be taking five minutes to apply my mascara like a lot of mascaras where you put it on and it takes so long to build up or you need a primer with it. This is so good you don't need a primer with it. It stays on all day, it never chips and never smudges, it never flakes, it stays on until you take it off. I have repurchased it. I like about it is it doesn't dry up in the tube."

"This is a tubing mascara and I love that about it because I don't know why I have like leaky eyes and I always end up with mascara dribbles down here and with this mascara I never end up with dribbles. "My holy grail mascara that I highly recommend is also by Cali Ray, it's their Come Hell or High Water Mascara. I've been testing mascara in five or six makeup testing videos in the last month or two, so I've tested that many mascaras and I've had so many mascara fails lately. "The Cali Ray Come Hell or High Water Mascara has become my favorite mascara. This is such a good formula. With just one coat on one side and no coats on the other side, it's just amazing how it lengthens and gives volume and actually curls my lashes. I love this; I've never seen anything that with one coat made my lashes so big and so long, but this is amazing. It is a tubing mascara, and I have never liked a tubing mascara before because when you go to remove them they don't dissolve completely, they kind of break up into little flakes and those little black flakes are like in my eyes and all over my face and I just found them so annoying. But this one doesn't break up like other tubing mascaras; it more dissolves which I love about it. So it's really easy to get it off, and with this one I get no smudging, no flaking, and it's like the perfect mascara."
