"The Clio Ray Come Hell or High Water, as far as application got a 2 out of five it did have some transfer required a little bit of cleanup and the look was also a 2 out of five a little bit of clumping but a little bit longer than perhaps the Tarte but not what I expect of a tubing mascara. As far as smudge, oh my gosh there was so much fallout and smudge from this it got a 1 out of five I would not recommend this as a smudge proof mascara at all."

"For mascara, I love this one from Cali Ray. I'm wearing it today. It's going to give you really soft, subtle, fluffy lashes. It's actually a tubing mascara and it has a little brush wand. This does go on a little bit wet but once it dries it is in place.
