For those of you who are sensitive, it is another chemical sunscreen. This is great because it's fast dry, non-greasy, zero white cast. It has hyaluronic acid and ceramide, so the moisturizing piece of it, even though it's super lightweight, really does also help to address the needs of the skin barrier. A lot of you guys who have rosacea, you don't tolerate heavy stuff on your face, and maybe you can even handle a chemical sunscreen like this. It doesn't burn or sting you, per se. You might like the more lightweight fluid formulas, they're not as heavy. Now, a word of warning about a fluid like this. A fluid can be deceptive because it spreads really quickly on the skin, and as a result you may put down a very very thin, sparse layer, so you want to make sure you are putting on a good thick layer of it. If you do the fingerlength method, with a fluid formula like this you can undershoot the amount because it spreads very quickly down your fingers, so just be aware of that. But it feels really good, layers under makeup really well. Now it's got astaxanthin in it, an antioxidant that may help in warding off oxidative stress, which ultimately can also help not only with skin aging but also help your skin barrier."
