What the gurus are saying

One expert loved the convenient stick format and cooling applicator for travel, calling it a practical upgrade over the original pot version. However, another found the formula didn't hold moisture long and required frequent reapplication throughout the day, which felt less hygienic than a squeeze tube. Those who value portability may find it worth trying, though people looking for lasting hydration may want to test it first.

"This is the lip treatment, it's the same formula but instead of being in their little pot, it's in a stick form which I love. It's unscented and untinted, so it's just got a little applicator that pops out and then you can just put it on your lips and use the cooling metal applicator to smooth it on. I love it so much. I was really hoping they would do this. It's so nice to just have a little one of these that you can throw in your bag, and this is just a little bit easier for travel."

"I had high hopes for this one because their stick balm just doesn't work for me and this one was kind of a more like mask like consistency so I was really excited and while it wasn't terrible it just didn't give me the results that I wanted. It didn't last for a long time. I still found myself having to reapply it a lot and if a product is not in like a squeeze tube and I have to keep reapplying it I tend to not use it for very long just because it's not as hygienic to be dipping your fingers in throughout the day. It's fine, I would say it's better than some other products I tested, but I'd say it's at the low end of mid, barely made it into the mid category."
