"This micellar milk is meant to remove makeup, you can use it in place of an oil cleanse as part of a double cleanse. It was affordable, and buying it at Ulta I was able to use a coupon on it too. Look at how quickly it removed my eye shadow. That's a well done micellar milk and you cannot beat that price point."
