"I've talked about Bubble way back in the day, but their Level Up Balancing Moisturizer is actually really good. I hadn't used it in years, and it's a really good formula if you have more combination to oily skin like I do, a very nice gel consistency, and I really like the ingredients, they work for sensitive skin. It felt good, a little bit stickier than I remembered, but it looked good and felt good."
