"I had a feeling this was going to be more like a milky toner, and it is thick. This is absolutely coming for the Ilia toner for a fraction of the price, and it has really nice ingredients too, more balanced moisturizing and hydrating properties. You see fatty acid ingredients in here, you see ceramide ingredients, but you also have hydrating ingredients like hyaluronic acid in four forms. It actually sinks in nicely. The only funny thing is they say to wait fifteen seconds after dispensing before closing it, but that's not a big deal."
