It has glycerin, betaine, dimethicone, sodium hyaluronate, tripeptide, and castor oil. This is a very basic but functional and good ingredient list, it doesn't feature any ingredients that really wow me, but it gets the job done, these are good sealants for your face so you're not losing water while you sleep and you wake up with your skin moisturized. I'm not mad at it, mostly because of the price point, because guaranteed if this product was twenty pounds I'd say it's not worth it, but you can't beat five pounds."

"When it comes to Boots Ingredients, these are really inexpensive, they're at Target, and I like all three. But I think that the sleep mask is my personal favorite. The reason why is because of those other ingredients in there. This is actually built into a formula that contains water and glycerin, and I find it to be much more soothing on the skin. It has two different forms of sodium hyaluronate, and because of the other ingredients in here, it's a much more silky application. It's not sticky. It actually hydrates the skin. For the price, it's inexpensive, it's good, and if you want an inexpensive sleeping mask, I like this one."
