"This is the eye treatment, black tulip eye treatment by Bloom Effects, which I've been using lately and absolutely loving. It's a gel formula. And the only other gel formula that I have purchased on repeat on repeat is the one by Dr. Loretta. Otherwise, I typically use a cream, even though I do have a slight tendency toward millia. And this one comes with a little cryo ball, which just feels amazing. So, I've been doing this little sort of mini spa eye treatment any morning that I have time. And I usually don't use these little gadgety things that come with products, but this is next level."

"This is their black tulip eye treatment. And I think that's a really good way to explain it. It is more of an eye treatment, but it's kind of a jelly form, which is really nice. Some people can't tolerate creams in the under eye area because they tend to create millia. It just soaks into your under eye. Kind of gets rid of that crepiness. So far I'm a fan. I've only used this for around 3 weeks, so I want to use it for a bit longer. I like to use products for around 3 months before I kind of give you my thoughts on them."

"Bloom Effects came out with a new eye treatment that I absolutely love. I bought it on a whim. This is their new eye treatment, the Black Tulip treatment. I love this. It's a gel formula. In my experience, a gel formula is just the chef's kiss for the under eye area, and this one comes with a little roller. It's so amazing. I used it this morning. I've been having terrible allergies and this just helps move that fluid and that puffiness in my under eye area and it also helps if I do it right on my sinus area, drain sinuses. It works like any kind of lymphatic drainage or a gouacha would work. It brings circulation to that area which is beneficial for skin health and it also just gets rid of that puffiness. I'm not typically into the little gadgets that come with products, but this one is an absolute winner, and the product itself is gorgeous."

"This is one of my favorite eye creams. It's a lightweight eye gel almost like serum that's designed specifically for that delicate skin under the eyes. It helps with puffiness, dark circles, and fine lines, and it does deliver really nice instant cooling kind of like snatched kind of look to under your eyes. What I love about this is the black tulip complex. They use upcycled black tulip petals, and the black tulip in particular is rich in flavonoids and antioxidants which helps smooth, firm, and hydrate the skin. We have rosemary leaf extract and a peptide complex in here which apparently work hand in hand to help depuff and brighten the skin. As far as peptides goes, whilst it's not Botox in the bottle, it's very good at hydrating the skin and kind of like adding a plumpness to the skin. We have orchard stem cells, saponaria stem cells, and sea fennel stem cells which apparently enhance the firmness of the skin alongside red algae and caffeine to give this instant tightening effect. It's actually so so gentle and I love it."

"This is the Black Tulip Eye Treatment. It contains stem cells to firm. It has rosemary leaf extract, peptides, and caffeine to debuff and brighten the area. I mean, it's everything that you'd want in an eye product. But it is the texture of the product and the cryo applicator here that is just icing on the cake.
