"Of course they're going to come right back, so it's one of those things you have to keep doing. I do caution with Biore pore strips that they definitely can cause a lot of irritation. Anytime you're stripping, whether it be putting tape on your skin or something like a pore strip which is basically a type of tape, it can strip away at your skin barrier. [...] Along with that you can get dryness and irritation, so don't overdo it with those. But they certainly can help."

"Whether it be the Biore one or you know a knockoff brand, they can kind of help remove some oiliness within the pore but it's not like a permanent change or anything. It's not like actually affecting long-standing change in terms of blackheads. The main issue with these is that as you peel them off, they can be kind of irritating to the skin. Not a good option for everybody, but some people really like them."

"I abhor this product. I really don't like these but I'll explain why. [...] Yes, pore strips can be very satisfying on the face and I am victim to the TikToks where you see the satisfying peel-offs, but I've always found these just so unnecessary because first off they can irritate your nose and I bet you to God that when I peel this off it's gonna look like I forgot to apply sunscreen on a beach day, my nose is going to be so red. But they're just such a temporary solution."

"These Ultra Deep Cleansing Pore Strips are tough, they are strong, they are made some strong stuff like they will get that out of your nose. The problem with nose pore strips is they're great at kind of removing what you can see on the surface, they're not great at getting right deep in there and really decongesting your nose. Something like BHA is much better for that."

"These can be fun, there is a safe way to use them, but are they ideal? Absolutely not. This is Biore and bad and something I would not recommend. You're using exfoliating acids, you say that you have exfoliants, why the pore strips? Why the pore strips? Poor strips can actually damage your skin and cause broken capillaries."

"That pore strip that was sent to me from Biore actually was way too traumatizing. I've been telling my patients, don't do it, okay? Don't go after your pores with those tools. Yes, it seems very satisfying and gratifying like the pore strip, but it is too traumatizing to the skin. I've seen a few young patients come in with permanent broken blood vessels, tangictas in areas where they try to suction the pores and get all that junk out."
