What the gurus are saying

Gurus split on this cleanser. Supporters praise its hydrating formula, ceramide content, and value at the price point, noting it effectively removes makeup. The main complaint is dryness and tightness post-cleanse, with one reviewer citing a strong rosemary scent as off-putting enough to return it despite the low cost. The divide appears to hinge on individual skin compatibility.

"When it comes to oil cleansers, I don't really feel like you need to spend a whole bunch of money unless there's like a specific sensorial experience that you're looking for. So, I feel like almost any oil cleanser is going to be amazing. I feel like almost any oil cleanser is going to do its job of removing your makeup. And there's more than just oil in these things. There are other ingredients that help to remove the makeup and cleanse the skin."

"The Bioma Milky Oil Cleanser made my skin feel super super dry and tight and it had a strong rosemary oil scent to it. I actually bought it and returned it, one of the very few things I've returned this year. Even for 14 bucks it's bad."

"The Bioma Milky Oil Cleanser is £4 for 100ml. The first ingredient is oia fruit extract, two out of five on the comedogenic scale. I like it because it has ceramides in it. It is a hydrating formula and it's NAIF safe. I really like this product."
