"For that, I love Benefit Brow Oomph Pow Made in neutral blonde. I use this with this Anastasia brow brush because it gives me a little spoolie and the tiniest little angled brush on this end. I just dip it in and then it has this nice scraper thing so you don't end up with too much on your brush. You can create hair-like strokes with it and you can also color in your brows. It's waterproof and it is not going anywhere until you take it off with your oil-based makeup remover."
