Bellflower has taken 3% of ectoin, added in some humectant, some other texture enhancers, and that's it, there's nothing else going on here. Great if you want to isolate the benefits of ectoin, maybe you're looking for an antioxidant to boost your sunscreen in the morning, this would be a great way to do that. But also great for those who are looking for really minimal ingredients in their skincare products. If you're trying to avoid hyaluronic acid or you're trying to avoid niacinamide, this is a great product because it really sidesteps a lot of those potential common irritants. The texture is a hydrating gel, a little bit runny, it feels very hydrating on the skin. It's one of those hydrating textures that feels like it really dives in deep and kind of floods the skin with hydration, feels really good. There's just a touch of tack on the top, nothing that wouldn't be solved by putting your moisturizer or sunscreen on top of this."
