There's this proprietary blend of loads of different herbs as well. What I love about Belief is they kind of have the same cream in different textures, so they have the thicker cream and then they have the night mask as well. The True Cream Aqua Balm is just perfect all year round, especially in summer where we still want to prevent hydration loss, but we also need to pile on sun cream over our moisturizer, but we still want that added hydration. It's just a perfect lightweight moisturizer to put under sunscreens and multiple layers too."

"This is my current go to. No matter what time of day, morning, evening, no matter what time of year, no matter what state my skin is, this is my go to moisturizer at the moment. This is instant, instant hydration. They do make a claim that it hydrates your skin instantly by 70%. And I kind of believe them because I kind of feel it and I can see it in my skin as well. It's so lightweight, and I like to actually put this on my skin for a couple of minutes before I start rubbing it in, because it's so cooling and soothing. My rosacea does play up at the moment, and these instantly cooling products really, really do help. It's this perfect balance between being good for all skin types, because if you have oily skin, this is going to be so hydrating and lightweight. But if you have drier skin, this is going to nourish your skin, it's going to lock in everything and it's going to be thick enough for you as well. I can use this in the day, or I could use it as an overnight mask if I want to. And I wake up with really, really well hydrated skin that doesn't feel tight like it can often do when you wake up because of transepidermal water loss. There is an ingredient in here called ladies mantle, which I believe goes by another name."
