"Belief moisturizing eye balm, no. I have not been able to find a Belief product that doesn't have fragrance and their eye cream, which I think is the same one as the eye balm, has fragrance in it. Whenever I see companies do that I'm like, why, why in an eye cream? You're not going to be smelling your under eye area, why do you need to add it? Pass. I know I've wanted to try that product before, plus it's expensive. Belief is like not a cheap brand, at least here in the US."
