"I love a good base product that's when there's like two layers to something, usually like a moisturizing kind of like an oil-based layer and then like a hydrating or sometimes a creamy type of portion. That's what this is, a kind of like moisturizing oil-based layer and then a really hydrating hyaluronic acid kind of like toner layer.
