What the gurus are saying

The adzuki bean powder provides gentle mechanical exfoliation without harshness, making this mask a good fit for oily skin with rough texture or anyone dealing with blackheads and congestion. Kaolin clay absorbs oil and helps refine pores, while oat kernel extract, beta glucan, panthenol and glycerin keep skin hydrated throughout. Apply once or twice a week to the full face or just congested areas like the T-Zone, leave it on, then rinse with water or cleanser; a little goes a long way.

"I like this clay mask because it has oat kernel extract which is very moisturizing, beta glucan and panthenol, it's fragrance free. You can apply it to the skin after cleansing, say in the morning, you can apply it to the entire face or you can just use it to problematic areas like your T-Zone, leave it on and then rinse it off with just water or your facial cleanser. The clays as they absorb the oil they can help minimize the appearance of the pore opening. This product has kaolin clay but it also has adzuki bean powder, hence the red bean part of the name, which helps to gently exfoliate with these little particles in it. This is a good product to use if you have oily skin with rough texture and you're looking for a little bit of mechanical exfoliation but not a product where you're going to basically be sanding away at your skin. This is a great option. It also has glycerin so it's very hydrating and moisturizing and has some fruit extracts in it."

"This is the Red Bean Refreshing Pore Mask, and it's ideal if you have congested or blackhead-prone skin. It will very gently just lift those sebaceous filaments and take away some of those blackheads. Use it once or twice a week for the best results. It comes with a little spatula, and a little will go a long way. You can use it all over the face as a face pack or mud mask, or you can use it on the areas where you have congestion, which for me is on my nose and chin in a more targeted way. Either way, you get an absolute ton of product and it will last forever. This is a great option if there's a teen in your life that wants to get into skincare and doesn't know where to start. It's super effective and a nice self-care treat. I cannot recommend this enough."
