"Right now I'm reaching for the Beauty of Joseon Green Plum Refreshing Cleanser as my morning cleanser during the heat wave. It's more gel-like and foamy than the lotion balm cleansers I prefer in winter, and I feel like it gets into all the nooks and crannies and lifts the gunk out of my pores. It has a really nice firm foam and is absolutely non-stripping, which is very important to me so I don't strip my skin of extra hydration."

"This is the Beauty of Joseon Green Plum Refreshing Cleanser. It used to be an oldie and a favorite of mine years ago, and I recently rediscovered my love of it. It's beautiful, super lightweight, really refreshing. It doesn't have any artificial fragrance in it but it does have a light pick-me-up scent which I absolutely love. It doesn't strip or dry but gets the job done. I'd say this is a perfect morning cleanser for people that are wearing multiple layers of SPF. Maybe lots of makeup in the evening you're probably going to want something more heavy duty, but just to freshen the skin, take off anything that's accumulated as we've slept, this is a really great option. I'm so pleased I rediscovered it. Absolute firm favorite."

"The Plum cleanser is pH balanced to what your skin should be so it's got a lower pH than a lot of cleansers out there so it's not going to disrupt the skin's microbiome and pH levels. This is great and normally you have to pay a fair amount when it comes to a pH balanced cleanser, not for this one. This is a really, really nice option matched to your skin."

"This is a mild soap free cleanser, it's really good for sensitive skin. It's an anionic surfactant, which is interesting because it basically means it's a negative charge ionic factant. They're able to lift dirt and suspend dirt and debris better. Plus it's got glycerin in it which makes it very hydrating to the skin. I would say this is a lovely hydrating cleanser for sensitive skin and I give it a lovely seven out of 10."

"The Beauty of Joseon Green Plum Refreshing Cleanser is one of my favorites for sensitive skin. It's fragrance free and contains some soothing ingredients such as green tea, houttuynia cordata leaf, and blueberry. It's a really nice product. When I bought it, I was thinking green plum sounds like it's going to be very scented and irritating, and it's not, so they did a good job with that one."

"The Beauty of Joseon Green Plum Refreshing Cleanser is a really lovely inoffensive cleanser and inoffensive is really what you want from a cleanser, you want it to clean well without messing up your skin so your skin is nicely prepared for the rest of your skincare routine. It foams really well but it doesn't dry out your skin. I would say that this is actually one of the most hydrating cleansers I've used. There was zero tightness on my skin after using this. There are a bunch of antioxidants in it which can potentially help reduce a bit of that cleansing irritation and it is slightly acidic to match your skin's natural pH. With a lot of foaming Korean cleansers you tend to get this really amazing fluffy dense foam but then they have a really high pH and that tends to help strip your skin and irritate it. If your skin is prone to dehydration, which my skin very much is, it does take a little bit more effort to get a fluffy lather with this compared to those more drying cleanser formulas, but I think it is really worth it. I am a huge fan of hydrating cleansers because it feels like you don't need to use as many hydrating products after cleansing. This is a fragrance free cleanser so another really good option if your skin doesn't like fragrance."
