"I love this one, I'm very impressed with it. What I'm super impressed with is I can use this and at the end of the day I feel like I look like I just put on the makeup. It doesn't look greasy, it doesn't accentuate dry spots, it seems to actually soak up a little bit of oil. I've been using it after sweating and exercising outside in 85 degree heat and my face at the end of the day still looks just the same, looks great. It still looks non-greasy. A lot of times ones that are very mattifying end up accentuating dry patches, but I didn't have that at all. It looks just like I initially applied it. I'm very impressed, especially in the heat and humidity. This is a full size 1.7 ounces for 21 dollars. It doesn't get any better than that."

"It's a clear gel with a really lovely textured, wonderful gel texture. It applies very transparently so no white cast at all. It absorbs pretty quickly so it's also really easy to apply it liberally because of the texture. Works great over other products, works well over moisturizers and serums, works nicely under foundation, easy to apply a liberal amount. When you initially apply it, it does have a slight tackiness for a couple seconds, probably more from the fragrance than anything else. It's got niacinamide which is anti-acne and barrier repairing, ginseng root extract which is an antioxidant and emollient, ginseng stem extract for skin conditioning, olive oil as an emollient and antioxidant, adenosine as a cell communicating ingredient, vitamin E as an antioxidant and photo protector."

"I was really excited about it because Beauty of Joseon has some interesting sunscreens there. This one came out and I didn't even look at the ingredients list, I just ordered it, and then when it came in my first test of it, it had fragrance in it so I was a little bit disappointed by that. They say this nourishing serum features SPF 50 plus PA plus plus plus to protect skin against harmful UV rays, infused with 30 percent ginseng extract, the anti-aging formula enhances skin elasticity and keeps skin hydrated, formulated with two percent niacinamide to brighten skin for a glowing appearance and a lightweight texture that just goes onto the skin without a sticky after feel. In terms of ingredients, it does contain alcohol as the sixth ingredient, and apparently they included the fragrance to cover up the smell of the alcohol, which I'd rather they didn't do since alcohol really doesn't have much smell. It has an initial smell but it goes away within seconds."

"It uses US filters and it sucks. It smells and it's less effective than their other sunscreens which are wonderful. It's got fragrance in it, I don't love the scent, but it's got a really nice texture. It's not going to compare to any other sunscreens sold anywhere else."

"The texture is a really unique gel type of texture, there's no cream or lotion involved here, this is a true straight gel texture. It spreads really evenly and beautifully and thinly across the skin. It feels so light, so breathable, it is really remarkable how refreshing this feels on the skin. The finish is sort of satin but on certain skin types it's actually going to look a lot more dewy, maybe even a little bit more wet. As I've played with this sunscreen more and taken in more feedback from different skin types, especially oily folks, I am finding that this is actually a lot more shiny than it first seemed."

"She really did enjoy the formula. She liked that it didn't have a heavy scent to it. She could smell the alcohol at first, a little bit of the essential oils, but it went away so quickly. She really loved the finish and felt very protected with it. This is definitely something that is going to work if you do have an oily skin type, especially because there's no emollience here, there's no wetness to this, there's no moisturization or shininess to this. So that gel texture is going to really be a great match for your skin, even for combination folks. That neutral finish is impressive. It's not common to get a neutral finish especially in a Korean sun care product because in Korea and South Korea that slightly dewy kind of finish to skin care is definitely popular, and so it's hard to find a sun product that doesn't contribute to that. Just the finish and the texture alone are really impressive. I don't think the denatured alcohol is harmful, and I don't think the essential oils are harmful to the skin at all. If you're sensitive to it, that's a separate thing."
