Dynasty Cream.

"It's fragrance free. Their initial version of this did not was not fragrance-free, which turned me off to the brand for quite some time, but I'm back on board now. We've got rice bran water, ginseng water, sunflower seed oil, coconut oil, and ceramides. So for acne prone skin, it depends on how you react to coconut oil. That is always one that's you never know. Some people's skin loves it, some people's skin hates it. This stuff's quite nice. I'm glad they made it fragrance-free. This one's great for dry skin."

"The Beauty of Joseon Dynasty Cream is great too. I just, it wasn't as strong as some of these to me."

"This is a really nice, very rich cream. It's not so much a daytime cream for me, it's more of an evening type, kind of last step type cream because it is so, so thick. It's thick but it's lovely and it plays well as a last step evening type moisturizer. I like the reformulated version better than the original version."

"It smells of nothing which I love. A lot of moisturizers from the Korean skincare market can be a little bit heavy on the fragrance or just smell a little bit funky. This is scent neutral which is wonderful. I genuinely don't need a lot of this. That is enough to do the whole face and neck. Doesn't seem a lot but because this is so rich, it feels like velvet. You're putting this on the skin and it is like a velvet glove. The name Dynasty screams opulence, elegance, next level luxury, and you're kind of getting all of that, but you're not paying for it. It's so inexpensive, which I love. My skin feels so good, and I think this is going to be my treat moisturizer that I take with me all the way through winter."

"This is a nice cream if you have a super super dry skin type, but for everyone else I think it might just be a little bit too thick and occlusive. It occupies that middle ground where it's not enough for the dry skin folk but it's too much for the oily folk and everyone in between. I think there's just other options. There's nothing wrong with it, it's not a terrible product, I just think there's better options on the market."

"This is my most favorite water gel formula with amino acids and peptides. It feels amazing, feels cool on the face. This is my most favorite moisturizer and it's not even that expensive."

"The Dynasty Cream is a little thick, it's a whipped formula, but the ingredients are skin-soothing, barrier support, pure amazing anti-aging. But overall it'll hydrate, plump, and moisturize your skin. So dry skin, that's it."

"I was very devoted to this cream for years truly years from 2015 to about 2018, 2019, just using this all the time as my main squeeze moisturizer. Beauty of Joseon has been around for nearly 10 years. It's a really nice type of cream especially if you have combination skin type or if you suffer with some dehydration because it really just helps soothe a lot of the signs and symptoms that come with a slightly weak moisture barrier. It helps with dehydration, it helps with irritation, it helps with inflammation. It gives the right amount of moisture without overwhelming the skin. It's just the right amount of occlusivity without sealing off the skin. If you have the type of dehydrated skin that also has some oil on top, I think you're still going to like this cream. It's not totally a gel cream but it's not super duper silky buttery or rich either. It strikes a happy medium. And it has some great ingredients in here too like ginseng."

"I have to talk about Dynasty Cream because this is the product that made me fall in love with Beauty of Joseon so many years ago. I really fell in love with this cream because it was the absolute answer for me when I was struggling with my dehydrated skin. I just could not get the right moisturizer, either things were too light, these really watery gel-like creams that felt really good on application but did not really hold hydration into my skin long term, and then I would find these creams that were actually just too dense and too heavy and too rich and would clog my pores. I really did need to find something that was a little bit of both. I needed the hydration and lightness of a gel but I needed the longevity of a cream, and I really feel like this is the cream that did it for me. It was that magical unicorn that brought all of those qualities together."

"This is probably even to this day my most repurchased product still because I've gone through so many jars of this. They served my skin so so so so so so so well and for a very long time."

"What I was missing in my routine was balance. My skin was so imbalanced and nothing in my routine was helping to correct that, and so that moisture that this cream provided was just enough. It also had ceramides in it, which was something I was building into my routine at the time. Now having so much more knowledge of self, I really know that my body needs to be supplemented with ceramides, and so this was a huge revelation for my skin and for myself. This served me so well, but it's not appropriate for my skin anymore. It's just not enough moisture. It's not enough occlusivity for where I'm at right now. This is still something that I do recommend quite a bit though for those who do suffer with dehydration, for those who have very classically combination skin and you're not leaning more dry. You're going to really like this cream. I think it is so good. They have changed it in the last couple of years. They have taken out the fragrance in the cream. They've tweaked a couple of the extracts. They've added ginseng into it. I think they upped the amount of niacinamide in here. They've done really great things to the formula. The texture is still very good. It's slightly different. It's maybe a little less moisturizing now, but I still think this is a really nice in-between cream, in between a gel moisturizer and a really thick heavy moisturizer. It still has a lightness to it but it's still very balancing. A lot of the original qualities of the cream are maintained in the current formulation."
