"Both of these are great options but they are expensive and atopic dermatitis people tend to go through a lot of products. I would say if you are not getting improvement with products like Eucerin and others mentioned in my drugstore dry skincare must-have video, then these Avène Xericom products are certainly worth a try. I would say yes, these are worth it if the first line more affordable options are not working."

"It's a fragrance-free moisturizer you can wear on the face and the body. It's very good for dry skin, sensitive skin, even oily-prone skin. It has minimal ingredients and because of the packaging there are no preservatives. [...] It has an ingredient called Elmu-Dulia that is proprietary to Avène, derived from thermal spring water, and it's thought to be anti-inflammatory. I've reviewed it in several videos, including my best of Avène video."

MUST HAVE MOISTURIZERS FOR WINTER | Dr Dray
"I love this because of the airless pump packaging that makes it easy to use. The formula has a very short ingredient list free of fragrance with evening primrose oil [...] rich in omega-6 fatty acids for barrier recovery, arginine to help with moisture content, and glycerin which pulls hydration into the skin and helps skin naturally exfoliate. It also has a postbiotic that can help reduce inflammation and itch."
