"I might throw in an AG1 powder in there. I used to think like, oh, I can't do that because it's not organic and pesticides are linked to everything. But it's from New Zealand and guess what? They don't even use pesticides there. So I'm back on the AG1. In the morning, I'm doing like a half a scoop of AG1 in there. Just turn it green. Give it a little bit of nutrients in there without the calories."

"AG1 or Athletic Greens is a pretty comprehensive blend of different multivitamins, minerals, and adaptogens like ashwagandha. It has anti-inflammatory ingredients like turmeric and other things that can help stimulate blood flow to the scalp like green tea extract. So it's not surprising that this beverage, it's like a supplement powder that you drink in a beverage, that can also help with hair growth."
