I don't like it as much as Cerave healing ointment or just Aquaphor healing ointment because it's very, it's more just like an emollient. "The Lip Repair Stick has castor seed oil, which some people are allergic to, beeswax, some people are allergic to shea butter, of course you can become allergic to anything, and sunflower seed oil. This looks okay. It's also great for spot focus slugging, like slugging your feet or hands: do the glove and sock treatment after you get out of the shower, pat dry the skin and grease up the hands and feet with this and cover with socks and gloves. My recommendation here at Costco would be the Aquaphor lip product, it looks to be the best."

FDA approved for eyes have to be stamped FDA approved for eyes and ophthalmologist tested, and so when you put lip products under the eyes you can get milia or a whole set of problems."

He uses it in the under eye area, he uses it in the marionette and he also uses it over the lip. The reason he uses this is because he works with models who need budge proof makeup that doesn't crease and who work long hours so he needed a look that lasted throughout the day that didn't have to be continually touched up. The concept of using the Aquaphor allows the makeup to be pliable throughout the day preventing creases."

"The non-Aquaphor side just looks so much better overall, less heavy, less cakey, less settled in wrinkles. So for me the Aquaphor lip balm experiment today was an epic fail. I don't like anything going on on this side of my face. I have combo skin so I am oily through the T-Zone but not super oily, just a little bit through the T-Zone. I have some dry patches around my mouth and my temples and the rest of my face is fairly normal. I tried the Aquaphor concealer hack three days in a row just wanting to make this work, but for me I could just never get it to work no matter what I tried. I don't love it by itself with my regular stuff. I don't love it with this. I just don't love the whole thing. My normal concealer setup is much, much better, looks nicer and smoother."

"I have used this off and on throughout the years. As much as I love Aquaphor, this just didn't do enough on its own. It's okay if I put a thick moisturizer on underneath, but it still just kind of feels like very basic and doesn't really do a lot. Because of the applicator, you basically can only use it on your lips. It's not terrible and has a good price point, but it is about as basic of a lip product as you can get."

I put a little layer at night time, a little layer in the morning, sometimes during the day if I feel like I don't want to use a tinted lip balm or like a lipstick I will use this and it does the job well. It's affordable, you can get this at the drugstore, you can use this all over the body, but it's amazing for the lips."
