"I really do enjoy the rice 70 glow milky toner. This is a great example of a rice toner which is really kind of a staple hallmark type of product in K-beauty. Anua is doing it very very well. Rice is an amazing ingredient for bringing light skin softening, skin conditioning moisture to the skin that's not greasy. It's not oil-based. It's not slippery types of moisture that sits on top of your skin. But it does just very lightly soften and moisturize the drier areas of your skin. It's also a strong antioxidant that brightens up your complexion, just kind of brings out that healthy glow. Anua is using 70% rice water and they've combined that with niacinomide which is a really great brightening ingredient. And then they've also included three different types of ceramides. There's cholesterol and phytosphingosine in here for some barrier strengthening and some additional brightening coming from a little bit of ascorbic acid and arbutin which are both brightening ingredients. I really like the texture of this toner. Particularly for folks who want that lightly moisturizing type of toner that's not too greasy, creamy, too rich or oil-based, this is going to work."

"This moisturizing milk is essentially a lotion to finish off your skincare routine. It's not as heavy or as dense as a moisturizing cream would be. The line has 70% rice water as well as niacinamide in here for brightening. They're also using five different types of ceramides, we have cholesterol and fatty acid content as well as phytosphingosine, which is a barrier supportive lipid. They're also using some ectoin, which is a really interesting humectant ingredient that provides long-lasting hydration in the skin. There is some oil content here, squalane, rice bran, meadowfoam seed, and coconut oils, to up the richness. Even though there is a rich feel to this, it's still very light and silky. The texture is definitely milky, creamy, a little bit runny. I was really impressed with this one, and my mom was really impressed with this one. Because of her opinion, thinking that it's actually better than the more famous rice toner, I'm actually going to rate this one an eight out of 10."

"A little bit of it goes a long way and it gives skin a really nice glow. It's really nice, really hydrating, really great for dry skin or winter time and pretty friendly for most skin types as well. If you have dry skin, really make sure you put a good moisturizer over it to seal in all those hydrants. A little bit much for summer. My main issue is I wish they would have left out the arnica because for sensitive skin, too much arnica for too long can be irritating, although some people won't have any issue with it. But if you have super sensitive skin, it is something that's important to note. With a 10 being a perfect score, I give this one an eight."

"It feels really really nice, no scent. I've used it a couple times now and I really like the ingredients in here. They've got some different rice, rice water extract, rice protein which is nice, and they've got some nice soothing ingredients. So I would say this is probably geared towards normal, dry or sensitive reactive skin. Yeah, it might be worth checking out. Very nice, no issues at all with that."
