"I went back and bought the Anua 70 plus rice toner and I am not as blown away by it. This is another one of those so called milky toners but a lot lighter. I think I probably could have skipped this one. It's still a nice formula overall, it has some niacinamide, panthenol, and antioxidant ingredients, it's just that I feel like this isn't as unique, you could probably find a lot of similar products."
