"I love the Alrino lotion. This is prescription. If you have dry skin, this is a nice prescription retinoid that doesn't dry your skin out like a lot of them otherwise. The prescription ones can contain a lot of denatured alcohol which can really dry your skin out in combination with the retinoids making it even drier, but this one's really nice at preventing that."
