Similar price point and delivers very similar results, but I'd say the risk of any sensitivity and irritation is going to be less with this because of the formula and the ingredients that they've chosen. You've got your acid in here in a really high concentration that's going to suppress any excess pigment production, but also help achieve a more even skin tone. You've got arbutin, which is fantastic. One of the best over-the-counter hyperpigmentation treatments to lift, to brighten, and to break apart some of that hyperpigmentation. And you've also in here got some peptides that they've chosen specifically for their ability to fade hyperpigmentation. Peptides do it all, but you have to choose the right ones for what you're actually hoping to achieve, and they've been really carefully selected for this to help boost brightness, luminosity, and just fade any dark spots. They've also got some algal extracts as well as licorice root in here. Both are like nature's brightening ingredients that really do boost the potency of the product without also increasing the risk of side effects and irritation. I think this is absolutely phenomenal and if your budget will stretch to it, this is a real sensitive skin friendly option."

This definitely isn't for beginners. I'd say this is for more advanced hyperpigmentation skincare aficionados. If that's you and you've been on your hyperpigmentation journey for some time, this could be a really good option to use. You can still put a couple of drops of this into your moisturizer or just use it as a standard serum. But this gets you your alpha boost alongside so much else and this will work in about a month's time. So if you don't mind spending a little bit more and you want to cut the time to see those results, this is the product that I would reach for."
