"I love the texture and application of this. This is a bit more moisturizing than the daily treatment, but still it's lightweight, but it just again it's that glow and radiance. This has 0.05% retinaldehyde. This has five peptides, but also a 7% ceramide and omega complex, so it's moisturizing, but also barrier strengthening. It's also got a 2% EGCG complex, so powerful antioxidant. So, this is a good place to start out and progressively move on to the 0.1%. For a really super simple evening routine with minimal steps, doesn't get better than this."

"This is the Allies of Skin Retinol and Peptides Repair Night Cream. The reason I'm talking about this as being a real holy grail is just the number of different ingredients you've got in here. You've got your peptides, fantastic. So, this replaces a peptide serum. You've got antioxidants, so it represents an antioxidant serum. You've got your brightening ingredients, and you've got an encapsulated form of retinol, meaning super gentle, but still packs a punch and really is like a 4-in-one when it comes to your skincare routine. This isn't the cheapest product out there, but I like to see it as that 4-in-one. Meaning you're getting a peptide, an antioxidant, a brightening, and a retinoid all in one, which is why I can kind of justify the higher price point because this just makes my skincare routine so simple. One product has four purposes."

"This retinol and peptides repair night cream has 13.5 peptides, antioxidants, brightenings, and encapsulated retinol. It's super hydrating and really works well in my evening routine. I'll apply my serums and then this as my second to last step. It's really wonderful and I'd use it every night or every other night. I really enjoy this stuff because it's really strong without being irritating. It's in a very hydrating formula. I've tried other prescription retinoids and they've dried my skin out, peeled and flaked my skin to the point where it took me probably three or four years to get to the point where I was willing to try this stuff without freaking out. I was really impressed that I could use this retinol without having the reaction that I did with the other stuff even after working my way up."

"I was using this all summer. I wanted to start with the lower strength. And now that I know I'm fine with it, honestly, I truly never saw irritation or dryness. I generally use prescription tretinoin but sometimes I do like to use retinaldehyde on nights that I feel like taking a break from tretinoin because tretinoin is retinoic acid which is stronger than this and that one really can cause irritation and dryness. So if you can't get your hands on tretinoin then this is the next best thing because retinaldehyde is one step down from tretinoin but this is one step up from retinol. So this is like the middle of everything. And I really love this formulation. The 0.05% has five peptides, 11 antioxidants, and brighteners, and 7.1%"

"I actually quite like this one from Allies of Skin. This is the Retinol 0.05% and Peptides Repair Night Cream. So this is your treatment step, but this is also your moisturizer. So you actually could totally eliminate a moisturizer in your nighttime routine and this would be your treatment and moisturizer all-in-one. I like this one a lot because we have that retinaldehyde and it's encapsulated, which means that this is going to have that slower delivery system into the skin where it's going to be a little bit more gentle. Something like this though could still be a little drying and irritating for some. But there's also peptides in here, ceramides, omegas, so great humectants, great anti-aging ingredients to help stimulate collagen and of course firm the skin. There's also amino acids and antioxidants in here. So this is jam-packed with a lot of great ingredients to really improve the overall complexion of our skin."
