"It is a lip balm called the Peptide and Ceramide Repair Lip Balm. It is like mega moisturization. It has ceramide, tons of oils, vitamin C, vitamin E, has tripeptide. I mean everything is packed into this little guy, but what it is is juicy. It is the juiciest thing on my lips. I'm not wearing anything else on my lips right now except this. I suspect that my stash of lip products are going to go down tremendously because of this. Just one of these in every bag and I'm good to go."

"My go-to these days has been from Allies of Skin their Peptide and Ceramide Repair Lip Balm. I honestly prefer a stick format but I don't always love how waxy they are during colder weather, sometimes they're just solid. This melts like a butter when you apply it and just glides over your lips. It also leaves some glossiness as well, you're not going to have hair strands sticking to your lips. This has some beautiful plant ingredients that don't just nourish and moisturize your lips but also treat them with peptides. I like that there are ceramides in here. There's also occlusivity enough to just stay, it's long lasting. It does absorb quite well. You can tell from the texture already it's a little thicker, more substantial. This is more like a heavy cream texture than a milky or watery one."

It's a product I fall in love with for a number of reasons: ceramides, peptides, lots of barrier repairing ingredients, and packed full of humectants and moisturizers. None of the uglers, the nasties in here, just pure quality formulation. It's also not got a lot of bulking agents either, which is great, so every ingredient kind of has a purpose and packs a punch, which is why I think this is so special. The packaging is 10 out of 10, formulation 10 out of 10. It goes on with a slight sheen but dries down, and all you need is just one swipe morning and night and you're done."

"Allies of Skin has a really nice one. This is called the Peptide and Ceramide Repair Lip Balm. So, there's ceramides, there's peptides, there's vitamin E, there's sea buckthorn, there's sunflower seed oil, there's avocado oil. There's a lot of great ingredients in here. And it is really nourishing. It actually feels really nice on the lips. It's not greasy or sticky and it really does a good job to repair the lips. And I think this is going to be great for the winter."
