If you're following the instructions, Allies of Skin say that you should use this every night for three nights then take a break, and that's how I choose to use it. I was a little skeptical at first because I thought, really, will this actually give me a three-night facial? Absolutely it does. The key is to use it consistently, use it back to back night after night for those three nights, and then you wake up on the fourth morning and your glow game is on point. My skin feels smoother and it has a real quick and immediate impact on hyperpigmentation, just kind of slotting off the top layers of those dead skin cells that are preventing the radiant skin beneath from shining through. It's also got a retinoid complex in here, primarily granactive retinoid, which is my favorite form of retinoid. On the days that you use it, it can replace your retinoid too. It's got seven different brightening ingredients and it's also got antioxidants. You can cleanse the skin, put some of this on, top it off with a moisturizer if you want, go to sleep, and you've got a really good skincare routine."

This is like a skincare routine in one. You could literally just cleanse the skin, put this on, a moisturizer on top, and you can go to bed and just know that you're going to have gorgeous skin in the morning. It's got some gentle acids in here to gently resurface the skin, smooth everything out. It's got granactive retinoid in a good concentration, got antioxidants in here, humectants, hydrators, brightness, everything's going on. Whilst this is normally a little bit out of my personal price range when it comes to skincare at the moment, it's buy one get one free, so that's why I've stocked up.
