"This doesn't feel completely dry—it does feel a little bit tacky. The color is a little bit too orange for me, a little bit too warm, and it is a little bit too luminous. If I was going to wear it on its own, I would probably put a little bit of powder on over it. Of course, it is an SPF of 36, which for me is a little on the low side. But you know, as long as you use the full quarter teaspoon of it, then you're getting that 36."
