What the gurus are saying

This sunstick applies cool and weightless, a texture none of the reviewers had seen before in a stick formula. Gurus praise how invisible it sits on skin even with heavy application, and one reports it performed well enough to prevent tanning after laser treatment. The trade-off is a slight oil residue, though reviewers find it minimal and worthwhile given how quickly it applies and how long the stick lasts.

"One of my favorite new finds this year is this sunstick from AHC, their Master's Icy Jelly Sunstick with an SPF of 44 and a PA of +++. The texture is something I haven't yet experienced in a sunstick, it goes on cold and feels like gliding cold water on your skin. It's thin and weightless, which makes it perfect for reapplication because it's light as a feather. The stick itself has a bouncy texture and goes on completely invisible. Even when I apply a lot, there's no feeling of heaviness, it's really weightless."

"This one isn't as greasy as the other sunstick, it has a great texture, is so easy to use, and it's a little bigger than the usual small sunsticks. So, I love it. One of my close friends went to Rome after getting laser hair removal and didn't want any pigmentation to come out, so she reapplied this a lot and got no tan at all. I believe it works, so try it out."

"AHC is absolutely the number one sunstick here in Korea, though when I look at the global rankings people don't seem to care about it as much. It's great, it covers face and body, and even though it isn't a small stick, I like it because it lasts a long time, goes on quickly, and I can feel just a little oil residue but that much is fine. No doubt they have a reason why it became number one, it's a bit longer but so easy to apply."
