What the gurus are saying

Gurus are unanimous in their enthusiasm for this cream as a standout barrier-repair moisturizer. The consistent praise centers on its ability to hydrate and strengthen without heaviness, its clean formula (notably niacinamide-free), and its fast absorption. Reviewers highlight the thoughtful ingredient blend of biomimetic ceramides and lipids, and note the cream's gentle, non-sticky texture despite being rich and nourishing. The value for the 80ml size is mentioned as a bonus. No significant complaints surface across reviews.

"I need to highlight the Aestura A-Cica 365 Cream because this is like calm, cushy moisturizer heaven. It's ideal for dry, sensitive, flaky skin, especially in the winter months."

"The one I absolutely am just obsessed with, I use it regularly morning and night, is the Aestura A-Cica 365 Cream. If you really struggle with sensitive skin, eczema prone skin, you really need to check this out. Aestura is the number one most recommended brand by Korean dermatologists, was founded in a Dermatology Clinic Pharmacy because it made products for sensitive and eczema prone skin, and that is what you're getting here with that cream. It's got these lipid particles that kind of will break open and melt away that contains a good ratio of ceramides to lipids that really help to support and restore your skin barrier. I love that it is rich and nourishing but when I say that it is not heavy or sticky. It's actually very fast absorbing, and so even in the morning time if you have dry skin, especially as we transition to fall and winter, I think this would be an amazing moisturizer to better support your skin so that way your dry skin doesn't feel really tight and dry immediately afterwards."

"This is one of my favorite moisturizers because it hits all those different checkpoints for me. It's focused on barrier care. They've done it without niacinamide, they're actually using biomimetic ceramides, which is a fancy way of saying lamellar ceramide. They're using this biomimetic ceramide and its benefits are actually incredibly similar to ceramide NP. They've used both ingredients here. They're also using cholesterol and fatty acids, and they're really focusing on getting your skin moisturized, getting your barrier strong, and helping with a little bit of occlusivity to help fight dehydration. I love the texture of this, it is a pretty traditional cream texture, but it's not that buttery, silky type of texture. It's more of a plain cream type of texture. I love the way it absorbs into the skin."

"This is the Aestura A-Cica 365 Cream, this is less expensive and I have heard amazing things about this. This one has over 5,200 items sold and we're actually getting 80 milliliters. I really like how hydrating that looks on this person's hand and the texture looks nice. Dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic tested, and sensitive panel tested."

"This is really nice and gentle. I've been loving this so much. I've been putting a little bit of this on after a shower and I just love this so much. It has little white specks in it for strengthening the skin barrier and moisturizing, and the moisturizing ingredients in here are insane. It feels like I'm putting Saran wrap on my face. The ingredients in here are super hydrating."
