"This powder has one of those nets which I really like because then I don't have to dump it into the cap and make a big mess. A good setting powder will blur, and it looks like this is doing that. The eye definitely looks much more puffy on one side than the other after using this. It works like a charm. It isn't a flat matte powder. It still has a little bit of luminosity to it, so it's not completely making everything disappear and blurring, but it is blurring it out pretty decently. The makeup looks great for nine and a half hours and the powder definitely keeps everything looking good."
