"Sulfur is one of the oldest and most effective topicals for perioral dermatitis, and for this condition specifically, simpler is better. My first recommendation if you want something over the counter is the Da Cruz sulfur ointment. It's pure 10% sulfur, it's really cheap, and it's widely available on Amazon."
