Sofwave is basically lifting the skin and the way it delivers energy is through ultrasound. What's unique about it is that it only goes 1.5 mm up where the dermis is, where collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid is. So you would be lifted, you will look dewy like a baby, you'll be moist, and you won't have that crepy paper skin. This can be done on every part of the body, any part of the body which is skin. It can be done on winter, spring, summer, fall. Type one to type six skin, any tone of skin. It bypasses the epidermal layer, it doesn't irritate the melanin. It bypasses that which means there's no ablation, no needles. It's not like Morpheus 8, so you're not going to have the downtime.
This is Zo Skin Health, it's a growth factor serum. If you have money to burn, and I don't mean money to burn, if you prioritize your skin in such a way that it's like I don't care what it costs, I want the best of the best, Zo Skin Health everything that they produce is top of the line.
This is by Zo Skin Health. It is Daily Power Defense and it already has a ton of peptides in it. It has the Matrixyl 3000. It's got DNA repair. There's a lot of stuff going on with it. This has a tiny bit of retinol in it. So you have to be very careful when you're adding two things that exfoliate, right? The copper peptide is cell turnover and anything that has even a touch of retinoid is cell turnover. You want to make sure you're not doing too much of that, because it could make your skin dry and flaky and irritated and could damage the skin care barrier a little bit.
This is the Lumo, this has been by Eva skin, this has been my all-time radio frequency device that I love. This is using heat, so when you're talking about radio frequency, you're heating the dermis to a point of between 40 and 43 degrees Celsius. If it's FDA cleared, it's going to be in that sweet spot. If it's saying that it is a radio frequency device and that it's for skin tightening, it's generally in that sweet spot of 40 to 43 degrees C.
With microcurrent, the MyoLift Mini is a two probe system. This one more mimics what is used in office because you can manipulate the skin a lot better. I've been playing around with this and I really love it. The efficiency, the efficacy, the ease of which you can do this is something that I think most people would be able to add into their daily routine.
It decreases dandruff, it actually reinforces the role of sebum and it disrupts some of the fungal growth, but the side effect is dry, brittle hair. I would say my hair turned to straw and that broke my hair off and has had me start all over again. I will never use it again because it broke my hair off. If you've got fine, fragile, dry hair in addition to hair loss, don't do it. You're not only stripping your hair, but you're damaging it in the process, and that's the last thing you want when your hair is already falling out.
It works but it's not necessarily good for your long term. There's possible thyroid tumors, including cancer, so if you have any sort of thyroid issues, it's something that you do not want to be on. And also, inflammation of the pancreas, pancreatitis, so you have to stop using if you get severe pain. Your changes in vision, low blood sugar, kidney problems, kidney failure. There's a reason why taking those risks are sometimes, when with a doctor, are warranted, but not if you want to lose 20 pounds. That's when you got to pull on the willpower and you got to pull on more natural alternatives where you're not going to get the rebound effect, because you do not want your digestive system slowing down.
When you're on semaglutide, which is the active ingredient in those weight loss shots, it's a GLP-1 agonist, right, so it makes you feel full. It slows down the pace at which your food travels through your digestive tract. Now if we just all put on our thinking caps for a second and thought about metabolism, there should be some bells going off that when you get off of this, that has slowed down your metabolism because it slowed down the way food moves through your body. You're going to have a rebound effect.
It was a microcurrent device that had little red light therapy and it was on a wand. Gimmicky waste of money. Not a big enough space to really do red light therapy. If you're moving around this little wand that has a red light, the surface area that's being treated is super small. It's super small. So you're not getting the same treatment area that you would if you had a mask or if you used a red light therapy panel. I was sent one of those. When I started realizing this is not really microcurrent, it's not really working. You can still use it for lymphatic drainage, which it works really well for lymphatic drainage, but that's about it.

"This is argireline solution by The Ordinary. Very cheap, very inexpensive. It's less than 10 bucks. But this is like Botox in a bottle. So, if you're somebody that doesn't want to do Botox or you're wanting to soften like some of the bands in your neck, this is something that's really good. It's a signaling peptide that signals for your muscles to relax a little bit."
"This is one of the new things that I added to my skincare routine over the past year that I think has really moved the needle even more. Think of it as kind of like micro needling in a topical form. What it does is it creates these little micro traumas in the skin that help the product sink in deeper. It's actually derived from sea sponges. It comes in multiple different strengths. The VT Reedle Shot 100 you can use every night, the 300 you can use up to three times a week, and the 700, which is even stronger, you can use one time a week."
"The very basic, most safest way to do this at home is just hyaluronic acid for a couple more hours. When it starts getting dry, spritz it with mineral water and then you put on Aquafor. And you don't do anything else before you go to bed. You don't wash that off. You don't manipulate it. You don't do anything weird with it. You don't try to put on retinoids or actives or any sort of even cream that has any sort of scent in it, any perfume that is in there. It you're going to prolong your healing. So the basics are things that your body your skin is not going to react to. It's not going to be an active where it's going to be stingy. So basics, hyaluronic acid, mineral water, Aquafor, that's it. And leave that on. Don't do anything with it. Let it just do its thing."

"Elastin Restorative Skin Complex is the luxury version. It's one of the ones you see behind the case at skin care clinics. It uses a TriEx technology to clear out old elastin and collagen and get new fibers. So basically it helps with senescent cells, clearing out the old damaged collagen so that your body can make new ones."

"The head of the Dr. Pen that I'm using for this is slightly bigger in circumference when the needles are on here, and it's going outside of that line, so I'm going to try to see if I can get a thinner device to do that. But on the circle ones I can already tell a difference with how raised they are and also how white they are, so I'm getting a little bit of results. Again, it's only my second treatment."

"This is absolutely my favorite because I think it is the most effective and I did a side by side on my YouTube channel with the NuFace and the MYOLIFT Mini it was not comparable it was literally not comparable. You can use it if you have dental implants, you might have a little bit of pain in the dental implants, yes it could possibly happen especially if you're down here on the jaw, you just have to test it out but you can adjust the intensity. So this doesn't mean you can't use them but you need to adjust the intensity for that if you start feeling it in your teeth."

That's how you get it to where your body and your skin is behaving the way that it did when it was younger. We had better circulation when it was younger. "Softwave uses ultrasound. It only goes down a half a millimeter deep. Does not go to the level where you have fat. So there's zero risk of it damaging any cell membrane of fat and having you lose volume in your face. "Softwave is a very different type of technology. I could feel a difference hours after this treatment was done. I've never felt anything like that before, and I've had Morpheus 8 done, I've had multiple CO2 laser peels. This is very different. What this uses is ultrasound, so this is not radio frequency, it's not microneedling, it's ultrasound, and it only goes down about 1.5 mm, which is the depth of collagen production. Softwave helps to go down to the level of collagen."

"I've been taking this for a couple years and I do believe that it is keeping the grays at bay. 90% of people found with finasteride, which is normally a medication for men's prostate, have been seeing a decrease in hair loss by 20% in 90% of people, and that is because it reduces the DHT. So remember when I said testosterone when we get older gets converted to DHT and testosterone is great for the hair, DHT is not good for the hair. What finasteride does is it reduces the DHT conversion so that hair you will end up keeping a lot longer."
"I might throw in an AG1 powder in there. I used to think like, oh, I can't do that because it's not organic and pesticides are linked to everything. But it's from New Zealand and guess what? "The strongest laser for skin resurfacing is the CO2, that hasn't changed in a long time, that's the gold standard for skin resurfacing. CO2 lasers target both the superficial so right on the surface but also super deep layers of the skin. It removes damaged skin cells and pigmentation, literally it just burns them all off. The recovery time can be longer than other lasers because it is ablative. It stimulates the skin to produce new collagen and skin structures. It's used for deep wrinkles, severe sun damage, significant scarring, sagging skin, and removing precancerous cells."

Have you seen the buzz? The Kardashians are raving about Sofwave! They're calling it their "new best
"Sofwave is ultrasound technology that is FDA cleared to actually lift the skin. It's not just tightening, it's lifting. This is great to do if you don't want to do any sort of downtime or you want some lifting of the skin that's nonsurgical. This is by far the best thing on the market right now. For those people on weight loss shots who are losing weight rapidly, run to get into a place like this to tighten the skin because you have a window of opportunity when you're losing weight that fast to get the skin to go along for the ride and shrink up right along with it."
"It works but it's not necessarily good for your long term. "There are some serious things that can happen. Your blood sugar level dropping too low. But also there's a lot of studies that are coming out even on the Ozempic website that thyroid cancer has been detected in mice. It's not something I would want to really kind of mess around with. If you've got thyroid cancer that's in your family you absolutely do not want to be on this. If you have any sort of pancreatitis it will make pancreatitis work worse. There's the thyroid being the big one but also being hypoglycemic so it could drop your blood sugar level low, you could pass out, sweating, slur speech, hunger, confusion. All of this stuff are symptoms of your blood sugar level being too low which you can get from a weight loss shot. Also kidney problems can be an issue as well and you cannot use this when you're pregnant or nursing. There's a lot of bad stuff about it."

"It works but it's not necessarily good for your long term. That's when you got to pull on the willpower and you got to pull on more natural alternatives where you're not going to get the rebound effect, because you do not want your digestive system slowing down."
"When you're on semaglutide, which is the active ingredient in those weight loss shots, it's a GLP-1 agonist, right, so it makes you feel full. It slows down the pace at which your food travels through your digestive tract. Now if we just all put on our thinking caps for a second and thought about metabolism, there should be some bells going off that when you get off of this, that has slowed down your metabolism because it slowed down the way food moves through your body. You're going to have a rebound effect."

"BPC-157 helps to balance the dopaminergic, serotonergic, and GABAergic systems of the brain, so it helps and has a balancing effect on neurotransmitters. However, there is a small portion of people that can have quite severe reactions to BPC-157 in terms of anxiety and all kinds of weird symptoms like neurological symptoms. For that reason, you have to be cautious and very mindful when you're introducing something like that into your body. You really have to tap into yourself and how you're feeling because if you wake up the next morning with severe anxiety that you didn't have the day before, you have to be open to the possibility that it is this new thing that you've introduced into your body. What I've seen is the faster you stop, the better off you are. Gritting your teeth and musing your way through and just continuing to use it is a bad idea. There are enough people I've heard of now who've had an issue that I think it's worth mentioning so that people understand that it can happen."
"Radiesse is made out of calcium hydroxylapatite and basically what this is, it's a cream based filler that is going to stimulate collagen. It's going to be the gift that keeps on giving because once the filler starts going down the collagen is going to start building up over the next 6 weeks and this stuff stays around for about 2 years. This is not your typical filler, this is a biomodulator. The difference between a hyaluronic acid filler is that it's a gel form that hydrates, and it stays in there for what 3 to 4 months depending on which one it could be from a year to 3 years. Radiasse is very different in that this is a biomodulator that is cream based and is not dissolvable."
"Juveau is a wonderful product on the market. It's a wrinkle relaxer that's put into particular muscles with small dosages. It does not go through the body, it just stays in that muscle and then it wears off over time. When you put it in there, it retrains your muscle not to make those facial expressions, so the muscle stays soft and flat. That retrains your muscle to actually stay nice and smooth, and over time those etching lines that you have will become smaller, smoother, tinier."
"Daxxify is the newest one on the market and it is so amazing. Some people are lasting six months with it, some people four months. It's a new neurotoxin that's on the market, and it's surrounded by a peptide so it actually moisturizes your skin. It will stick around and it will be pretty strong for a little longer too."
"This is the Nurse Jamie Uplift which I've had for years and I love. I think I have it in black and I think I also have it in rose gold because it is a way to get a little lymphatic drainage and depuff the area. It does that, but with a little bit of microcurrent involved. So if you've got a little bit of a lift that you want, whether it's around the eye or around the gel, or if you don't have Botox and you want to use this to soften with the erase mode to pull apart, that's where a microcurrent device would go in."
"It was a microcurrent device that had little red light therapy and it was on a wand. You can still use it for lymphatic drainage, which it works really well for lymphatic drainage, but that's about it."
"I've used Nutrifol for a long time, I used it for years, I didn't see any difference with me whatsoever. And the reason is because my problem isn't the nutrients. I'm a holistic nutrition and health coach, my nutrients are pretty spot on. The problem with me is the circulation. So if I already have a diet that is spot on and I already have adequate amounts of collagen, I have adequate amounts of biotin, I have adequate amounts of iron, I could do all of that and still not have hair growth because I don't have the circulation that's bringing it there. I could be taking these pills every single day for hair growth, I'm already getting that with my own vitamin line. For me it was like why am I taking this extra vitamin that's not my problem? My problem isn't that I'm lacking vitamins, my problem is that I'm genetically I don't have a long growth phase."

"The NuFace Mini stimulates muscle contractions and improves facial tone, and it's lymphatically draining so that will also help look a little bit more chiseled and it helps with wound healing. That's where I think I'm getting the most benefit from it. I still have this, I still use it, it's not my favorite though. When you look at how the face ages anatomically, muscle tone is not one of the top ways that a face ages because we're constantly moving our face. Your muscle tone in your face is not one of the top three ways that our face ages. It's that redistribution of fat. When we age we lose fat volume under the eyes, here on the temples, on the cheeks. It's this lack of fat that happens that then the anatomy sags, and we've got the jowly area right. So it's that loss of fat that is the most common."

"This is kind of the gold standard, this is what a lot of the research has been done on, is the 0.05% tretinoin. When you look at studies, it's shocking how irritating this can be for some people and how non-irritating this can be, and the results are very similar in the study. In terms of my best overall prescription retinoids, we're looking at tretinoin of various degrees. I do use all of these at various times. I'll put a dollop of this into like an SA cream, in a scoop in my hand, rub that together, and that becomes my body lotion."

If you think that red light therapy helps with your skin, your hair comes out of your skin. There's a lot of causes of hair loss, lack of circulation is one of those, and this really causes an increase in circulation in the whole scalp. I am absolutely loving this. "This is a peptide that's telling your skin to soften those dynamic wrinkles a little bit. Soften those surprised eyes or soften the angry forehead. That's what this peptide does. The Ordinary version of this is $10. What it does is it softens the signals between your brain telling you to smile big and your muscles smiling as big as they can. It softens that a little bit. That's what that peptide does. It's quite incredible."

"This is the Multi-Peptide plus Hyaluronic Acid Serum. So you don't necessarily have to add the copper peptide. If your skin becomes too sensitive and the cell turnover is too much, you could do a multi-peptide that is just a hyaluronic acid. We learned earlier that hyaluronic acid plays really well with peptides, right? So you could put on a layer of this."
"This is by Sunday Riley. It is a 15% vitamin C brightening serum, but it's a THD derivative. And so, what that means is it's at a different acidity, so it does not break those peptide bonds. "This is salmon sperm. This is a multi-peptide by Medicube. It's PDRN Pink Peptide Serum. So it's got multiple peptides in it, but it also has nucleotides derived from salmon sperm. The nucleotides in salmon sperm very closely match the nucleotides found in our skin. When we have genetic gaps, we're missing something, that's a sign of aging. When your genes aren't replicating exactly how they're supposed to, that's a sign of aging. What this does is it fills in those genetic gaps. So it helps a lot with DNA repair. There's lots of different versions, but right now, this is my favorite."

"I like the Costa Baja. I have no affiliation with them at all. Zero. But I've been using it for years. Why? Because it's in a pump. So, you're not having to unscrew a cap to use a dropper. Every time you unscrew something, you're inviting other things into the bottle. When we're micro needling, we don't want other things in the bottle. We want pure hyaluronic acid. So, I like this because you can get it in a big container. So, it's very easy to pump this in here, but also it's airtight, so you're not getting anything inside of it. There's no scent. There's no nothing."

"I like this. This is Costa Baja. I like it for three reasons. The pump, for more purity and less exposure to stuff that will give you an infection. The fact that it's only pure hyaluronic acid, so there's no scent in it. You don't want to use anything with scent and no active ingredients. And the fact that it's in a big bottle because I use this every time I microneedle and I don't want to spend a ton of money and this is very economical to do."

"The serum I'm using is a hyaluronic acid, it's just a pure hyaluronic acid and that's what you want to look for. I like that it comes in a big tub and it's relatively affordable for what I'm using it for. I think it's less than twenty dollars, it might be twelve dollars. It's Costa Baja hyaluronic acid, there's nothing else in this, no scent, no nothing, 100 percent pure."
⚡️Microcurrent is a low-level electrical current that mimics the body's natural current
"I'm using a hyaluronic acid, it's a Costa Baja. I like it because it's cheap, it comes in like a bigger container, and it's not like in a little dropper. I like this as well because I don't have to wash it off of my face. The ultrasound gels are kind of thicker, the conductor gels are a little bit thicker and you have to wash them before you do anything. This I can do a microcurrent treatment, it just kind of helps the hyaluronic acid to soak in the skin a little bit, and so it's nothing that I have to wash off."

Confused about which at-home skincare gadgets actually work?
"I do like Costa Baja hyaluronic acid and I use that as a conductive gel a lot because it's cheap, you can get it in a big thing. I also use it as a slip when I'm doing micro needling. So it's a multi-purpose kind of conductive gel for me. It's just pure hyaluronic acid."
"I know that The Ordinary also makes a great one. I know that Timeless makes a great one, but I like this because of the pump and because of the size of it."
"I micro needle with a pure hyaluronic acid. Now, I know other people will oftentimes do it with a PDRN or exosomes, which I have here as well, but that is not I think the safest thing to do at home. And so on a consistent basis, it's really good to do micro needling at home, but only every four to six weeks."
"The Ordinary Multi-Peptide + Copper Peptides 1% Serum, this one was about 10 bucks and has a lot of bang for your buck because there's multiple peptides in here. It actually has three different categories of peptides: the copper peptide for repair, the Matrixyl 3000 for skin signaling, and the Argireline for expression lines. So it's a little bit of Botox in a bottle. It's a little bit of repair and it's a little bit of that signaling all in one. That's why I like The Ordinary for this."
"Necessaire Neck Serum is specifically formulated with peptides that target tech neck. These peptides work by inhibiting the enzymes MMPs that cause the natural breakdown of collagen, which targets sagging skin and loss of firmness. I use these a lot on my neck to inhibit creepy neck."
"This is the mini version, the travel version. This is like huge in South Korea. So, it's the little microcurrent. It has red light and blue light and it zaps into your pores, opens a little channel, and then your skin care absorbs really quickly."

A couple squirts and you rub it on your whole body, everywhere. It's an antioxidant, so it's great for your skin. It's also an active ingredient. It helps to even out that skin tone and brighten the skin, more even complexion. Discoloration can be helped with things like vitamin C."
"This is One Skin, which is an OS1 peptide. I did a whole show on peptides and how they're kind of like the text messengers of our body. They tell us what to do. This OS1 peptide really kind of helps to eliminate senescent cells, which are those zombie cells that create oxidative stress. So it helps to, it's not like it exfoliates, but it helps to rid your skin of those damaged cells, which then continues to damage the skin cells around it. So it's great in protecting that skin barrier, and it's great on top of an already active ingredient. I would argue that this is an active ingredient. It's a great way to spread out that product of a retinoid."

"Faded by Topicals is the one that I found is the closest in terms of lightening spots in a topical form that's non-prescription. It's almost equivalent to hydroquinone, which you can only use for four months at a time under a doctor's care to help lighten all the sun spots and hyperpigmentation."
"This by Sunday Riley is a lactic acid, so when I use a chemical peel on my neck because my neck is super sensitive, I will do more of a mandelic acid, still an AHA, or a lactic acid, still an AHA. This is my favorite amongst all of the AHAs at home because you can use this once a week, which I do."

"This is a Timeless vitamin C, super cheap. I got this on sale. I've got like five or six of them. Why? Because it's in a big bottle. It's in a pump. I don't like when you have to twist something off. Every time you twist something off and get it out, you're exposing it to the air. So you're basically oxidizing it a little bit. So an airtight pump for a vitamin C, super important. An L-ascorbic vitamin C is too acidic for peptides. It breaks the bond. If you don't use peptides, this is a great product head to toe."

"This is Timeless Vitamin C. It's very, very thin. It rubs in and absorbs so easily, it's so easily spreadable and easy to absorb. What that does is it helps with discoloration, but it also is an environmental protector that accumulates in your skin. It's like taking a bunch of vitamin C pills internally. It's kind of the same as putting it on your skin. I use this every single morning from head to toe. When you still have a little bit of water on you, it spreads really, really easily."

"I'm doing a vitamin C serum and not just for my face, literally whole body. This is not expensive, you guys. And now they made it in a 4 oz bottle. It's very, very watery. I mean, it's literally like water. You don't need much. A couple squirts and you rub it on your whole body, everywhere. Literally head to toe is how I use this. It's an antioxidant, so it's great for your skin. It's also an active ingredient. It helps to even out that skin tone and brighten the skin, more even complexion, which as we know with fluctuations in hormones with age, one of the ways that we can tell, one of the signs of aging skin is that discoloration. But that discoloration can be helped with things like vitamin C."

"COSRX Retinol 0.5 is a super vitamin E plus one. So it's moisturizing as it is a retinol. It's a great product. But that's retinol, so it's going to be a little bit more for not for sensitive skin. I have a lot of clients that I put on this. It's my base. After I microneedle, when I start adding the retinoid back in, which is usually day two or three depending on how quick I'm healing, I'll go back to this before I would go back to a bigger one. "The Differin Adapalene Gel is a third generation retinoid. It's very soothing and very low irritation, which makes it great for sensitive skin or if you're introducing or reintroducing retinoids after a microneedling treatment. This is my top pick for that. It's a great product for acne."

"I'm loving Differin Gel, which is a third generation retinoid. It's less irritating, and because I microneedle my skin so much and I do chemical peels and do a lot of different stuff to my skin, I don't want the giant go bigger go home retinoid. This is such a great product. It's made for acne, but ironically the prescription strength originated that way too, and then they started using it on adult acne and realized the wrinkles go away. Pore size shrinks, exfoliation increases, it increases the thickness of your skin much like microneedling. When you have thicker skin, it's healthier looking, healthier functioning skin. You get less wrinkles, more plumped skin."

"Differin gel adapalene is a third generation retinoid that is for sensitive skin for people with rosacea. That is what I use. I don't use it consistently because I'm doing so many other things with my skin that I don't want to exhaust my skin. If I microneedle every four to six weeks on my face, I don't need to use the strongest retinoids available. That's exhausting the skin. So I've backed off, but I'm still using retinoids. A lot of people are overexfoliating. If you are still raw and peeling months into using a retinoid, you've got to back off, start with once a week, then build up to two times a week. Or maybe, like me, you need a retinol or retinoid that is made for more sensitive skin. This is my favorite."

This is what I've been doing when I use retinols on my face and I've been recently giving my skin a little break from the high intense stuff by putting Differin Adapalene Gel on my eyelids close to my eyes, and I'm telling you this is very miraculous. If I had to say between this around my eyes and some of the other creams around my eyes, which one's more effective, I'm digging this."

"Adapalene, which I love, this is Differin gel, this is great for acne but also if you have rosacea, if you have sensitive skin, everybody should be able to be on a retinoid of some sort. I put this right up around my eyes and everything because it has less irritation, but there's a lot of studies that show they do a comparison in a 30-day comparison between using this every day and using a prescription strength, and they're very comparable. It's pretty shocking without the irritation. So if you have very sensitive skin, I really love this Differin gel. If you're suffering from acne, I really love this Differin gel as well."

"This is a great starter retinol. I love this because it's very watery, so it's in squalane which is like a moisturizing component. When you put this on, a couple of little drops and you can spread this on your whole arms. This is great because it comes in various strengths, so this is the strongest of the ones that The Ordinary offers over-the-counter retinol in squalane. The squalane is a natural moisturizer, so it's very moisturizing. "This is Paula's Choice, this is one of my favorite for the body. It's a skin smoothing retinol body treatment with antioxidants that diminishes appearance of uneven skin tone, helps provide firmer skin, hydrates and softens. Retinoids are the best ingredient because they hit all three different phases of hyperpigmentation: the production, the transfer to the skin, and then the treatment afterwards. You can use this for the whole body."
"I love the Paula's Choice 1% Retinol Treatment. Over-the-counter retinols are the most easily tolerated on our skin because there is less irritation."
"This is my top retinol that you can find at home. It's got to be converted to make this stronger, so it's a little bit less irritating. This is my number one choice for an at-home retinol if you're just beginning or if you want to step your retinol down a little bit. If you even just started with something like this and stayed here, you're still increasing cell turnover, you're still diminishing fine lines and wrinkles, you're still treating acne, you're still helping melasma, you're still changing the function of your skin. It also has great supporting ingredients such as peptides and oat and willow bark. It helps to soothe the skin as it's treating. You still might get irritated from this, but it's a great starter retinol."

"I do like this mask. It has the straps and it's a little bit fewer of the actual LEDs that are on the device. When you're looking for a device you want to look at how is the size and the treatment area. The Omnilux has a little bit more than the CurrentBody and it has a little bit more than also the Enduro. And then also is it comfortable to wear because you're not going to wear a mask that is uncomfortable to wear and how close are the lights to the actual treatment area that you're treating. If you have a mask and your mask is way out here and it's like some big contraption that you're putting on your head you're not going to get as good a result as if you have a device where the mask can go right up against your face."

It is safe enough to use every day so if you decide I can't use a retinoid, I don't like it, I don't want to do it, find a chemical peel that will work for you on a daily basis. This is one of my favorite ones for helping with unclogging pores for acne, so if you guys have acne, this is a great one. It can actually help with acne, melasma, fine lines and wrinkles, sun spots, all of that. Even if you don't have acne, this is a great one."

"This mask gives a strong advantage in terms of penetration. It's six times stronger than LED masks. Instead of traditional LEDs, this mask uses laser diodes that focus light at a 20° angle, penetrating deeper into the skin for better results. This mask has four different wavelengths for face mapping. Each part of the face has different needs and the mask addresses them precisely. 660 NM brightens dull skin and dark circles, 850 nanometers targets forehead wrinkles, 940 nanometers reduces redness and dullness on the cheeks, while 1,064 nanometers works on fine lines and marionette lines. This precision ensures that each skin concern gets the right treatment. The results are clinically proven by SGS, with noticeable reduction in wrinkles, smoother skin and texture, and improved radiance, making this mask one of the most effective at-home treatments available."

If you can find a super serum that does all things, that's going to be your best bet. This is my Ilia Super Serum Skin Tint SPF 40 with niacinamide. So in other words, I don't put on this separately in the morning because my skin serum already has niacinamide in it. So that's why it's important to know which ingredients do what. Vitamin C brightens, even skin tone. Niacinamide does the same thing. Brightens, even skin tones, helps with hyperpigmentation a little bit more than this, but this is a great overall environmental protector."

"Metacube makes a great microcurrent device that also has EMS. Those are great for your body as well. You just need to make sure you have a conductive gel. If you're using it and you're not feeling the muscle twitch and you're not feeling any tingling, you don't have enough conductive gel on."
"The Zip Halo is a microcurrent device. So you're getting a lift mixed with a nano that is increasing ATP in the cell, energizing the cell. One of the things that happens as we age is that your cells themselves have less ATP production. So this not only helps with that lift and lymphatic drainage. By doing this microcurrent, it absolutely is helping with lymphatic drainage. You press and hold, pressing against your skin pulling it out towards your ears which has that channel that drains from your face down your neck. One thing you want to be careful of is if you are somebody that gets Botox, you don't want to use a microcurrent device around the areas where you get Botox because it's going to diminish the effects of the Botox. You put in a neurotoxin to stop the dynamic muscles from contracting, but what this is doing is it's literally exercising those muscles that you have paralyzed."

"What I've noticed with this particular device, they call it the Zip Halo effect, which is just like an overall brightening of the skin after 30-day use. I've seen this for myself. There's something about this device and the way that you maneuver it around your skin that makes it super easy to use. This product being much easier to use has made me use it more. And if it's helping me use microcurrent more, I'm sure it's helping other people as well. I did a side by side before with the NuFace and the MyLift Mini and this one won."

I do like the Zip, it's not my favorite but it is something that I like in terms of just to travel with or just like walking around the house getting my tea. Sometimes I'll just be doing a little microcurrent while I'm doing that."

"I like simple things like Cetaphil, you know, unscented something that doesn't strip the skin but leaves that skin barrier there and just washes off clean. That's not the main part where you're going to get the treatment where you're actually going to make a difference in the function of the skin. We want to get it clean first, that's easy."

If you start doing red light therapy now, every single day in 30 days, you are going to see a giant difference in the health of your skin, smaller pores, more even skin tone, reduced texture, reduction of fine lines and wrinkles. It's stimulating collagen, plain and simple."
"It decreases dandruff, it actually reinforces the role of sebum and it disrupts some of the fungal growth, but the side effect is dry, brittle hair. I would say my hair turned to straw and that broke my hair off and has had me start all over again. I will never use it again because it broke my hair off. If you've got fine, fragile, dry hair in addition to hair loss, don't do it. You're not only stripping your hair, but you're damaging it in the process, and that's the last thing you want when your hair is already falling out."

"When I tried Nizoral Ketoconazole 1% Anti-Dandruff Shampoo, it's an antifungal that works with the sebum stuff that could clog the pores and clog the shaft, and then you have it dying off. It decreases dandruff and disrupts some of the fungal growth, but the side effect is dry, brittle hair. My hair turned to straw and that broke my hair off and has had me start all over again. I will never use it again because it broke my hair off. So if you've got fine, fragile, dry hair in addition to hair loss, don't do it."
"These kind of shampoos are mild DHT blockers. If you're in your 30s this might be enough, right, but it's not enough for me. One of the downsides of these kind of shampoos is that it could lead to extremely dry hair. If you're a man and you've got short hair this might work much better for you. For a woman, for me, to get this in my scalp and leave it there for three to five minutes, it literally turns my hair into straw. It's an anti-fungal, it decreases dandruff and it reinforces the sebum level as well so it does help with the sebaceous gland which coats the hair. But you do need to do it two to four times a week and you need to leave it on for about three to five minutes."

"If you've been putting minoxidil topically on your head for a long time, you realize it's way more beneficial when you take it orally. The patent from minoxidil ran out so you get a bottle of oral minoxidil that works better on your hair. The only side effect is it lowers your blood pressure, which a lot of us could use. It helps in terms of if you're on blood pressure medication you might not need to take that anymore if you're taking oral minoxidil. And because the patent ran out, it's $10. It's super super effective."
"Tretinoin is prescription strength retinoic acid. The way you can tell how potent a retinoid is is how many steps it takes to get to the retinoic acid. I have it in a 0.25% and a 0.05%. The amount of steps it takes, the more steps it takes the less strong that product is."

"I have this Omnilux which is really I think the top red light therapy mask at home and I've tried a lot of different masks at home and to me this is the best one in terms of the combination of red and near infrared. The near infrared is going to go even deeper. The wavelength for this is 633, which is great in that therapeutic wavelength for red light, and 830 for near infrared. Near infrared is between 800 and 880 and this is 830. There's no way to turn that near infrared off, so I want to be very clear about this: if you are trying to treat melasma, do not try to treat melasma with LEDs. There are safer ways to treat melasma that is not LEDs."

"I'm just a 55-year-old gerontologist and healthy aging specialist, but in my personal opinion in terms of the health of your skin, if you could only buy one device I would buy a red light therapy device. They make different masks, and you guys have heard me talk a lot about the Omnilux mask because it is in my opinion the best one on the market right now. What red light therapy does is a certain wavelength ends up going through the epidermis of the skin. When you're looking at a red light therapy device, what you really want to look for is a wavelength of 630 to 680 NM of red light. A red light therapy device like this has a combination of red and near infrared, so if you have melasma, you want to make sure that you're turning off the near infrared on this because near infrared could actually make melasma worse."

"The Omnilux has a 633 wavelength and an 800 something, which is a red and near infrared. When you want to go deep into the skin to stimulate collagen, you're looking at red light and near infrared, so you're looking at 630, 633 up to like 880. That's the typical masks."

"the Omnilux has a little bit more LEDs than the current body and it has a little bit more than also the Enduro. It's comfortable to wear because you're not going to wear a mask that is uncomfortable, and how close are the lights to the actual treatment area that you're treating. If you've got a mask and your mask is way out here like some big contraption that you're putting on your head, you're not going to get as good a result as if you have a device where the mask can go right up against your face."

It's the right wavelength because you can't just shine red light on something and call it red light therapy. It needs to be in a therapeutic wavelength which is between 630 and 680 nanometers of red light. Are sunspots, hyperpigmentation, and melasma affecting your skin❓ Here’s my TOP treatments for hype
"This is the omnilux red light therapy mask, and if you are looking for red light therapy this is my favorite, which is the best on the market. It helps just about everything, it increases circulation, it helps fine lines and wrinkles, it helps melasma, it helps hyperpigmentation like sunspots, even skin tone, increases circulation, and even boosts mood. The reason it's the best on the market is because it's flexible, the treatment goes right up against your skin, the number of lights on this device exceed anything else out there on the market, and so it's portable, easy to wear, and comfortable."
"It's by Huda Beauty and it's just a Faux Filter Concealer. I would use it where you've got dark spots, so the corners. I'll do a little dot, little dot on each side of my face. Then I take one of these little sponges, rub it in first, dot it in first. And then I'll wet this just to brighten a little bit the corner of the eye."
"This is Brow Wiz soft Brown. I like to go underneath the eyebrow a little bit because as we get older when our eyebrows thin they tend to get thin from the bottom, so you want to bring your eyebrow down towards your eye. It gives you a little bit more youthful look. If you look at how your eyebrows looked when you were 13, 14, 15 years old they weren't these high arched brows. You see the difference, it just kind of anchors the face a tiny bit."

"Snail mucin. Creepy, but I felt it on my hand and it does feel snaily. It does feel snaily, but it's not, you know, gives that glass skin vibe, but it's also healing.
