“The toner at $45, a skin renewing toner using double acidic and enzymatic exfoliation to help reduce the appearance of pores and enhance skin texture. It isn't really a toner, it's another exfoliator, so it's not hydrating at all in any way. Yeah, it's an exfoliating toner, but not necessarily a good one.”
