“I discovered Seint makeup through a friend of mine on Instagram, and I'd been putting off trying it for a very long time, but this slim little case really got me thinking. I'm kind of a makeup minimalist, I like that real skin fresh look to makeup, and basically everyone I've watched put this on shows how you can build it from kind of a fresh skin, barely there, your-skin-but-better look to a real heavy makeup look. “It's called Seint. It's a makeup line by Seint, and they very much have this French approach where you use as little makeup as humanly possible, so that your skin shows through, but it's more of a correcting sort of thing, particularly around color correcting. So instead of putting a whole ton of makeup on your face, you just address a little bit of color correcting on those dark circles or maybe those blemishes. I've had this palette for a year and it's just been sitting here. [...] A lot of these colors are eye colors, but these down here are color corrections, specifically for addressing tonal issues, which is mostly what my skin has, tonal problems, redness, a little darkness here and there, and that's what I'm trying to address.”
