“With my Charlotte Tilbury palette, the blush shades are not as pigmented as they should be. That's usually with baked formulas. What you need to do is scrape off the first layer of product. It's painful to do because it [...] kind of breaks my heart, but once you do, [...] there's so much blush in there. The difference is insane. [...] A lot of baked blush formulas are like this. Some of them don't do this initially and will bring out the pigment, but most of them will not. You have to do this to get the pigment out, which honestly sucks as a consumer to be doing more than you need to be doing. But I understand it's because of the high quality of the formula.”
